A Mobile 60 Control Or DES Command Center?

It seems like every municpality is getting their own mobile command and communications center nowadays, especially with all the homeland security cash available for it.

60 Control/Westchester DES currently runs around in a very dated 1970's small commmand van. I'm wondering if it's in the works to equip 60 Control and the Westchester DES with a modern mobile command and communications center, like County PD, Yonkers PD, Yonkers Fire, New Rochelle PD, Greenburgh, FDNY, and other municipalities have.

Since the County coordinates at large incidents, I feel like a resource such as this would serve the FD and EMS community well, giving IC's a place with tools and facility to command a large incident. I wonder how come we haven't seen something like this as of yet.
