16:21 - 60 Control dispatches Rye FD, E 191 10-17

16:22 - Cars 2422, 2423 10-17

16:29 - Rye HQ dispatches U-39, special call with speedy dry, as per car 2422

16:39 - 60 Control received a request for StatFlight, requesting 2422 provide a ground contact and a landing zone

I 95 closed in both directions. 2423 ground contact on 46.14. LZ will be on I 95 near the accident scene. E192 to assist with LZ. Rye HQ requested additional personnel to standby w/ E 193. 2422 requested 1 Engine relocate Rye HQ to cover, Harrison E11 and 2163 relocated. Helicopter landed and transported. Units took up.
