Location: Saw Mill River X Hudson River (Rear of 1 Vanderdonck St.)

Units Operating: YPD ESU Marine 1, Truck 3, Truck 4

Description Of Incident: Male DOA in the water next to the new construction of the waterfront walkway. Victim removed to the Police Dock and turned over to Detectives and County M.E.
