1655: S-1 (Chief Parciasepe) reports smell of smoke in townhouse, nothing showing.

1658: First in engine crew found fire in basement wall.

1702: Re tone for working fire. Additional units needed for possible 2nd fire in Unit 1500 in same complex.

1715: Engine 3 crew reports fire knocked down at 1514 Lex. Opening up walls and ventilating. Engine 1 crew checking 1500 Lex. for possible electrical fire.

1743: Engine 1 reports overheat in VCR @ 1500 Lexington.

1820: All units clear of both 1514 and 1500 Lexington Blvd per Command.
