1940hrs(approx.)-South Spring Valley FD (Dept. 25) dispatched to above address for a possible trailer fire.

1942hrs-25-1 in service. 44-Control advising 25-1 that as per Security, Hazardous Materials may be stored in the trailer.

1945hrs-As per 25-Command, negative fire, however noxious fumes coming from the trailer, requesting Haz-Mat to the scene.

1947hrs-Rockland Co. Haz-Mat Team dispatched. Haz-Mat 5 & 44-18 en-route.

2000hrs-44-Control advising all Dept. 25 & Haz-Mat Team members to switch to Frequency-2.

2045hrs-25-Command requesting Fire Inspector to the scene.

2136hrs-25-Command advising Signal-11 (U/C).
