Description Of Incident: Male barricaded in an apartment that reports he has murdered his girlfriend and is armed with an AK-47. Negotiators are reportedly on the phone with the male. Empress EMS is staging at the Nathans at 2290 Central Park Avenue. Upon entry, perp's claims were verified to be false, and the subject was taken into custody when a YPD officer reconized him as he tried to sneak out and blend in with the crowd nearby.
