1514hrs- 3rd alarm has been transmitted. Staging is Queens Blvd and 43 st

1521hrs- Request 2 additional trucks above the 3rd(TL 138 and H&L 104)

1530hrs- Fall Back Step 3

1534hrs- Request for additional RAC unit

1537hrs- Request for HAZMAT with all aval. A-500 additive.

1538hrs- Field Comm report #6 -cutting holes and breeching walls to get to fire. Fire in deep in structure. Fire doubtful. Duration is 1hr 54mins

1600hrs- Field comm report #7- Secondary searches in surrounding are negative. Delayed on fire floor and floor below. Duration is 2hrs 15mins

1616hrs Field Comm report #8- Chief reports 4 lines Streched( 1 to floor above and put through floor, 1 to each adjoining apt. through breeched holees, 1 to fire apt.) fire darkening down. Large amount of debris. Extended overhaul. Duration is 2hrs 32mins

1626hrs- Field Comm reports secondary searches floor above are negative

1638hrs- Field Comm report #9- P/W/H. All visible fire knocked down. Will be a very extended operation due to overhaul. Duration of fire is 2hrs 53mins

1722hrs- Field comm reports FIRE UNDER CONTROL Duration is 3hrs 40mins
