Description Of Incident: Armed perp in an apartment.

1350hrs- Original call from a female stating she was choked and beaten by her boyfriend. Female fled the apartment and told units he was inside with a sword and firearms.

1401hrs- ESU Truck 2 confirming a barricaded perp, drinking for two days, armed with firearms and a samauri sword. All other ESU units req. and responding.

1440hrs- Patrol Supervisor req. Negotiator to scene. (1) hour ETA.
