Description Of Incident: Female jumper up on 5th floor ledge.

YPD ESU responded to a confirmed jumper up 5 stories at #1 Schroder St. Truck 4 and Truck 2 set up rope system and began conversation. NYPD ESU 4 was requested for air bag. ESS 4 responded and set up air bag below. After approx. (3) hours of talks and assisted by NYPD ESU, officers grabbed female from the ledge.
