Fire Apparatus Journal is reporting that New Rochelle has a heavy rescue on order. Is Rescue 4 being replaced?

No NRFD does not have a rescue on order, however we are seeking approval to go to bid for a Tandem Axle Heavy Rescue in FY07, this will replace our current 1991 Pierce, Rescue 4.
