22:24 - Appt. (61) & (65) occupants trapped

22:25 - E84 Responding, 1 blk away

22:27 - Appt. (6E) occupant trapped

22:29 - EMS on scene

22:32 - Appt. 63 occupant trapped

22:35 - (3) L/S/O, fire doubtful

22:40 - fire darkening down, 10-45 victim removed and transported by 16 Eddie & ? X-Ray, in serious condition to hospital 007 (not sure on that)

22:46 - Div. 6 requesting additional truck for relief, primary searches negative, secondary’s underway

22:48 - 34 Truck dispatched as relief

22:49 - Fire probably will hold, secondary searches negative

22:52 - all fire K/D, all searches negative, overhaul in progress, additional EMS units to remain OS
