2129hrs- NYPD units reporting a working fire after dispatched for an explosion.

2131hrs- B-40 on scene transmitting 10-75 and confirming an explosion. Also req. multiple EMS units.

2133hrs- NYPD Level 1 Mobilization. On reported explosion: Rescue 5 and Rescue Collapse 5, Tac 2, Safety B/C, Rescue B/C, HazMat 1, HazMat B/C all enroute.

2134hrs- B-40 rpts using All-Hands and (1) 10-45 down in front 1-story 20X60 D/W/H.

2136hrs- (2) L/S, (1) in operation. Fire is K/D. All Special Units to continue in.

2142hrs- Div. 8 rpts Primary search (-), still D/W/H. EMS treating (4) 10-45's.

2153hrs- Div. 8 rpts explosion in a bakery due to unknown cause. P/W/H. EMS treating (5) or (6) 10-45 Code 3's, possibly due to flying glass/debris. Co's taking readings.
