Units Operating: Cars 2241 (IC), 2445 (Ops), E181, U5, 80B?, 80B?, WEMS 45M?, Stat-Flight AIR-1.

Description Of Incident: Serious MVA

1755hrs-KEC-625 Somers dispatching an MVA w/Reported multiple injuries, request for a full-crew for the ambulance & a driver for U5.

1756hrs-Car 2445 requesting 2nd ambulance to be placed on s/b.

1758hrs-2nd ambulance now requested to the scene, as well as Fire-Police. U5 10-17.

1800hrs-Stat-Flight AIR-1 on s/b. E181 10-17.

1805hrs-KEC-625 Somers re-toning; Request for Fire-Police to the scene. As per command, Stat-Flight AIR-1 to be launched.

1806hrs-KEC-625 Somers re-toning; As per Command, additional manpower & equipment requested to shut down the roadway.

1807hrs-Stat-Flight AIR-1 in the air, ground contact will be E181 on 46.140.

1813hrs-As per Rt. 100 Command, Stat-Flight can stand-down, patient will be transported by ground.

1952hrs-KEC-625 Somers paging out for Fire-Police to respond & shut-down Rt. 100 southbound at Elmer Galloway Rd.

2200hrs-All Somers units clear of Rt. 100.
