1708hrs-As per Peekskill FD unit, LZ will be the Westchester RESCO plant on John Walsh Blvd., E134 is en-route and will be the contact, all remaining Peekskill FD units clear.

1710hrs-60-Control re-toning Peekskill VAC; Request for a 2nd ambulance - Peekskill VAC stating they are responding, EMT to respond to the scene.

1712hrs-7511 10-19. 60-Control advising 15-minute ETA for Air-2. 7511 advising 1st patient has been loaded and is en-route to the LZ.

1715hrs-75B1 en-route to the LZ. 75B3 10-19 the scene.

1718hrs-7511 requesting Cortlandt VAC on s/b in their quarters. 75B3 will be transporting (1) to WMC.

1720hrs-60-Control in contact w/AIR-2, advising them of LZ location and ground contact. 7511 advising mother of victim will be transported by ground to WMC.

1722hrs-Car 2342 10-19 the LZ, advising he will be the ground contact.

1735hrs-As per Car 2342, Stat-Flight is in the air.
