Description Of Incident: The blaze at the camp at 140 Upper Ferndale Road was called in to 911 about 3:30 a.m. The 3 1/2-story wooden building was full of flames when firefighters arrived four minutes later. Five workers had clambered out onto a roof about two stories up, and the fire trapped them there.
