Initial Summary:   

Firefighter Aguilar died from injuries received when the apparatus he was operating drifted onto the shoulder of the road where it appears steering overcorrection caused the vehicle to roll.

It was reported that Aguilar was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the truck.
