Description Of Incident: Structural collapse of rear sections of (3) OMD's just prior to blasting at a construction site. All 3 buildings evacuated and rpts of a gas odor in the area. No injuries. ESU req. WCPD Bomb Squad for explosives set to detonate. After buildings secured the blasting was completed. FD units 10-8 at 1630hrs.
