Description Of Incident: Short police chase with crash and jumper

NRPD attempted to stop a vechile for V&T. Vehicle fled westbound on Pelham Rd. Crashed a short time later into a parked vehicle sending that parked vehicle on top of another parked vehicle. One perp then fled vehicle and foot pursuit started with the perp jumping off a cliff about 10ft into a driveway.

NRFD and EMS dispatched for possible a pin and jumper down. ENG 24, Res 4, 30A1, 30A2, and 2302.

No pin. 30A2 with an RMA. 30A1 transport to Jacobi
