Description Of Incident:30ft fall

Writer:Alpha 14

A 35 y.o. fell approx. 30ft while working on a roof in new construction. Pt. has no recollection of the past couple hours. bruising to Abd., extremity injuries and minor other bruising. pt.trans. to Stat Flight to WMC.
