1632hrs-34-Medic-1 o/s, requesting Code-100 (Medevac Launch), male trapped under vehicle.

1634hrs-R16 10-19. R16 advising that the bridge over the Taconic can be used as an LZ.

1635hrs-E271 10-19.

1636hrs-R16 advising patient has been removed, ground contact will be E271, LZ will be bridge over the TSP. Car 2532 10-19.

1638hrs-Car 2532 confirming LZ, advising he has a visual on Stat-Flight.

1640hrs-As per Car 2532, Stat-Flight is on the ground.

1641hrs-As per 34M1, Stat-Flight can cancel, patient will be transported by ground.

1646hrs-Car 2532 transmitting a 10-30, advising all occupants are out of the vehicle and that Stat-Flight is still on the ground assisting YVAC.

1648hrs-Car 2532 advising Air-1 has been released and is airborn.
