Croton has finally started a length of service awards program. I am lucky enough to be on the department committee (can you believe I'm on a committee Muns?) that oversees the program.

In our last meeting we discussed checks and balances, documentation, etc. I would like to know if anyone has any experience with software designed for these programs.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Firehouse Software .... I am sure they'll be represented at the show.

Firehouse softwhere is the way to go. it's easy to use and has unlimited options. it can calculate a ton of stuff. I can get you the reps number if you want...... just dont get behind in inputing calls, catching up is a pain.
