Time: 1830hrs

Location: Walnut St. X Oliver Ave

Units Operating: ESU Truck 3, Truck 4, 3rd PCT, Task Force, Detectives; Empress

Description Of Incident: 17-year old male shot to the chest in traumatic arrest on arrival of PD Post 36 and ESU Truck 3. Male transported to St. Joseph's Hospital with CPR in progress and later pronounced. Suspect fled north on Walnut St.
