Description Of Incident: Fire on 1st floor in casting room with minor extension to 2nd floor, Brewster & Carmel Trucks opened up, Fire knocked quickly by brewster's engine crews.

1057hrs - Putnam 911 toning out for additional manpower needed to respond to (unk) Welding, Route 312

1059hrs - FASTeam and (1) Tanker requested from Lake Carmel FD

1101hrs - 17-1-3 responding

1102hrs - Putnam 911 to Brewster, a full crew is needed for your ambulance to respond

1103hrs - Command stating a 4th engine is needed
