Pretty much so. It's a non-toxic coloring agent. Many marine firefighting units have used it over several years for displays.

Really nice photos I wish that I could have gone down my self to see and take pics but I had school.

The lines were very long today, over an hour wait to board the ships. My friend and I went on the intrepid and we were able to see at least the Kearsage better there, then from anywhere else. Many of the other ships were in SI im assuming.
