2315hrs-Peekskill PD desk dispatching units to a report of a possible party on a roof-top. Units out, advising nothing showing. PPD desk advising complaintant is still on the phone and advising he sees at least (1) male subject on the roof w/something in his hand. Caller states subject appears to be attempting to hide from officers.

2317hrs-PPD units on the roof, visual of (2) male subjects who are running from officers.

2321hrs-PPD Car 255 advising he has (1) under on the roof, Car 250 (Sgt.) making his way to the roof to back him. 2nd subject exiting on the South St. side of the building, officers in foot pursuit.

2324hrs-PPD Car 252 advising he has 2nd subject at Main St. & N. Division St.

2325hrs-PPD Car 247 advising additional subject(s) running. Car 247 advising he has subject IFO Workers Compensation building, requesting a unit for transport.

2327hrs-Car 263 out w/Car 247 for transport.
