Description Of Incident: Pedestrian crossing Westchester Ave was stuck at high speed by a large green van, which continued to flee up Westchester Ave. Port Chester Paramedics pronouced DOA o\s. Crime Scene established. FDPC RESCUE o\s for lighting.
