Description Of Incident: DC911 to all county police agencies, you are requested to report to your assigned observations areas, and BOLO for a possible carjacking. The authorization for this BOLO is a Lieutenant from the City of Poughkeepsie PD. Black male wearing camouflage jacket was observed approaching and entering a vehicle at Innis Avenue and Maple Street, with what appeared to be an older woman driving, who put up a struggle. Car was last seen heading Westbound on the Arterial (44/55), reportedly with hazards on, and flashing the high beams.

2110hrs - 1K30 out at Post 10

2111hrs - Unknown unit out at Post 27, DC911 advising to have their agency contact communications via landline

2113hrs - DC911 updating all units on BOLO, Illinois, and Clove towers, update on suspect, camouflage jacket is gray and white style, black male in late teens to early 20s, black baseball cap - driver described as roughly 60 y/o female, short red hair, long sleeve shirt, vehicle update possibly forest green, NY reg, unavailable tho
