Description Of Incident: Head on MVA

Two car head on at Jackson St and Main in the Village of Fishkill. Three 17year old males hit head on by SUV (Driver MIA). Driver of car LOC for 2 mins, Head injury to temple with uncontolled bleeding in and out of consciousness and lower lost of feeling to legs.(Pt in critical condition). MedVac (Air 2) requested unable to fly due to weather. Second patient Lost of consciousness, and fx jaw with lost of front 4 teeth. Third patient with fx arm. All ALS to St. Francis. All Units back in service at 0030hrs. Driver of SUV found by Fishkill PD at 01:10hrs.
