1426: county fire control requests tarrytown fd to respond to 94 south broadway to assist con edison with a CO leak. alarm 1-4-5 for E-76 and L-37.

1430: 2461 and 2463 10-19

1431: 2462 E-76 and L-37 10-19. FD requested to help evacuate businesses and homes in the area. high CO readings in the area reported to be caused by leak under ground. Con Ed on scene

1540: right before Con Ed workers were to enter the manhole, there was an explosion. 3 workers injured. 2461 advised tarrytown PD to page out for tarrytown ambulance.

1545: SHAC on scene

1548: TVAC on scene with GPD paramedics. 3 workers with minor burns to arms and face. 1 reported with loss of hearing. 1 transported to WCMC, 2 transported to phelps ER

1550: 2461 requests alarm 1-2 for hope hose company E-79 to respond to scene

1720: 2461 requests irvington rescue to respond to scene to fill SCBA bottles

1906: L-37 released by 2461

1930: E-76 released by 2461. E-79 to remain on scene to stand-by with con ed
