Description: Verbal from Chief for heavy smoke in area. Fire in commercial building, fenced in property.

1614hrs- Car 2491 req. E-126, 128 to area of Highland Ave X 9th St. for heavy black smoke in area.

1616hrs- Car 2491 O/S reporting 10-75, need to force entry through a fence/gate. Montrose and Buchanan on standby in thier quarters.

1621hrs- Req. TL-46 to scene.

1625hrs- Co's w/ dead hydrant at front gate. Car 2491 req. TL-46 to enter front gate to set up in front with E-126.

1649hrs- CMD req. (1) engine from Montrose T/C and Cause and Origin to scene.

1725hrs- Fire in an unoccupied commercial building 30 X 60. All co's still working.

1825hrs- CMD req. Montrose E-121 to scene.
