I started out at Empress as an EMT. I became a dispatcher after I was there for about a year. It was great experience. I learned a lot.

What are the shifts like? How many dispatchers? What are the positive and negatives?

Chair 1= 12 hour tour

Char 2 = 8 hour tours

day time Communications Capt or Lieutenant= 3rd dispatcher when needed
