Description Of Incident: HazMat Incident

Initial dispatch for a chemical odor on the 3rd floor of Washington Hall, possibly odor of Acetone, also is reported that one student has passed out

Later on in incident, unsure of what time, DC911 toned out that Alamo 81-88 would be operating at DCC with Fairview for a HazMat incident
