Description Of Incident: CO emergency in a mixed occupancy, laundromat 1st floor, apartments above. (15) victims transported for evaluation, (2) showing signs of exposure.

2005hrs- Due to units committed to calls, M/A one engine (E-22) and one truck req. into city. MVFD sending (2) engines and (1) Truck to an inside smoke call.

2007hrs- NRFD E-22 req. to Millington St. for smoke in the building.

2009hrs- Eastchester L-17 to Millington St. to fill out the assignment.

2011hrs- M/A cancelled by Mount Vernon.

2013hrs- E-22/L17 now req. to cover MVFD Sta. 1.

2024hrs- MVFD E-6, E-4 and L-1 all 10-8.

2025hrs- Eastchester Volunteers rpt to Station 5 as per Car 2102.
