Description Of Incident: Large pothole and small roadway collapse in left lane caused over 30 cars to get one or more flat tires. Vehicles lining roadway in right lane opposite from incident location to the toll plaza. Heavy rain, 42F during incident. Multiple wreckers, lighting unit, and DOT requested to the scene.
