Description Of Incident: Tractor Trailer Fire Containing Acrylic Laquer and Thinners - Fully Involved, 2 L/S/O, Unknown location of driver. Having difficulty with securing a water source. Armonk requested for a tanker. I-287 shut, major traffic issues.
