Initial Summary:   

Firefighter McMorries passed away as a result of critical injuries he received when the apparatus he was operating turned over and down a ravine.

Two other firefighters were severely injured in the accident and have been released from the hospital.

The three firefighters were operating on one of the two large wildfires that started in the Panhandle of Texas on March 12th.
