Description Of Incident:

3:12am Peekskill Vac and Fire Dispatched for MVA w/injuries

3:14am 2341 on scene requesting status of the ambulance

3:15 am 7512 and 35M1 on location

3:17am 7512 advises 2341 that they need STAT flight LZ to be at Uriah Hill school.

3:27am STAT Flight on the ground awaiting Peekskill VAC.

3:30am Peekskill VAC on location at the LZ

4:10am Peekskill 7512 10-8 from MVA

6:30am All Peekskill Fire Units 10-8 from the MVA. State troopers remaining for accident investigation.

State Troopers were chasing vehicle from Main st. The vehicle failed to comply and took off down Highland Ave. Towards the Rock Hut. The vehicle was unable to negotiate a turn and ended up in a wooded area and the after going airborne rolled a couple of time and ended up on its wheels. Extensive damage to vehicle. Patient was able to crawl his way out of the vehicle. Patient was lying face down in the roadway upon arrival. Patient was packaged and loaded in the ambulance enroute to the LZ.
