Description Of Incident: Fire on all floors of a 3-story frame P/D.

2318hrs- CMD using All-Hands on Arrival for heavy fire from the Exposure 4 side.

2321hrs- E-6 to scene as FAST. M/A Engine and Truck to cover.

2330hrs- CMD rpts fire darkening down on the exterior of #4 side, using exterior lines.

2340hrs- Fire on 1st and 2nd floors extending to the 3rd floor. Multiple L/S/O.

0050hrs- Heavy fire now on the 3rd floor.

0007hrs- CMD rpts fire K/D on 1st and 2nd floors. Still have fire on 3rd floor, advancing a line.

0020hrs- Heavy fire is K/D. Still have numerous pockets of fire. Will be a prolonged operation. Req. Empress to the front of the building for an injured member.

0025hrs- Empress transported (1) member to Mount Vernon Hospital. Recall of off-duty firefighters.

0130hrs- CMD rpts all companies still working. Fire is out, extensive overhaul. House was under renovation and unoccupied.
