Initial Summary:   

Chief Sullivan participated in live smoke drills in an acquired structure then returned home. 

He was discovered unresponsive of an apparent heart attack at approximately 0550hrs the following morning in his residence.

Chief Sullivan was the long time chief of a neihboring dept. of mine while I was in College. Very nice guy, well liked all around.

Rest in Peace, thoughts to his brother (dept. 1st Deputy) and the rest of his family.
