Location: I-84 Westbound IAO Rest Area

Frequency: 453.900 (Dispatch Ch. 1), 453.925 (Response Ch. 2) 453.800 (Command Ch. 3), 453.625 (F/G Ch. 9/10), 460.450 (Field Operations (Helicopter Comm. Ch. 15)

Units Operating: 39-1 (Chief), 39-6 (Asst. Chief), 39-19 (Engine @ Scene), 39-21 (Engine @ LZ), 39-52 (Rescue), 39-71 (Amb. 1), 39-72 (Amb. 2), Mobile Life Support Services w/(2) ALS (271 and 284), Lifeguard medivac, Kent Ambulance on standby @ EFFD HQ

Description Of Incident: MVA w/entrapment of 2 victims

1847hrs - 1st victim has been extricated, working on 2nd victim

1850hrs - 2nd victim has been extricated

1850hrs - DC911 requesting 39-1 to landline communications ASAP

1855hrs - DC911 advising EFFD Command they have an ambulance on standby at EFFD HQ

1902hrs - 39-72 en route to St. Francis with 1, ALS

1902hrs - MLSS 284 en route to St. Francis, medic on board EFFD Ambulance

1906hrs - Lifeguard en route to WMC with 1

1918hrs - EF Command to DC911, situation under control, scene turned over to NYSP, equipment will call back in themselves when they are in service, thanking DC911 for assistance, also advising they can release Kent Ambulance from standby

1922hrs - 39-52, 39-21 in service
