0614hrs- B-6 using All-Hands on Arrival for heavy fire in a 5-story brick commercial 40X60. L-24 FAST. Squad 1 enroute.

0616hrs- B-6 transmitting 2nd Alarm. Tower Ladder setting up in front.

2nd Alarm: E-5, 33, 26, 24; L-7, L-9, E-9/Sat., B-2 (Safety), B-9 (CommCord); Rescue B/C, Safety B/C, Field Comm. 1, TAC 1

0620hrs- Div. 1 reports building is fully involved, using a Tower Ladder. Command Post will be across the street from the fire building.

0640hrs- Div. 1 rpts Tower Ladder is shut down, co's are lining in. Still have heavy fire on 5th floor.

0654hrs- Car 10 transmitting 3rd Alarm. Still have pockets of heavy fire.

0700hrs- Car 10 rpts fire is P/W/H.

0723hrs- Fire is U/C. 10-41 Code 1 for heavy fire on arrival.
