Description Of Incident: Fire on 2nd, 3rd floors and through the roof of a 3-story P/D 20X60.

1858hrs- B- rpts heavy fire 2nd, 3rd floors and through the roof. S/C extra Engine and Tower Ladder. L-132 FAST.

1902hrs- 2nd Alarm transmitted. B-57 (Safety), B-48 (CommCord)

1903hrs- (2) L/S, (1) in operation. Req. E-283 on 2nd Alarm to Rutland Rd. to west side of Brooklyn Ave and hit hydrant.

1910hrs- L-174 rpts all members off roof and out of 3rd floor.

1911hrs- Div. 15 req. all units out of the building and going to exterior attack with Tower Ladder 111.

1911hrs- E-310 has a L/S onto roof of Exposure 2 (church). Co's report fire lighting up in rear 2nd floor, pulling all lines out.

1913hrs- Div. 15 req. all units out of building and out of the exposure.

1914hrs- B-38 rpts all co's out of the building. E-280 supplying TL-157 in front. TL-111 set up in rear, fed by E-214.

1915hrs- E-214, E-280 sending water to the TL's.

1916hrs- (2) Tower Ladders going in service.

1920hrs- Car 10 rpts (3) L/S/O and (2) Tower Ladders. Heavy fire 2nd, 3rd floors and through the roof. D/W/H.

1927hrs- Div. 15 shutting down the Tower Ladders. Co's setting up to re-enter the building.

1949hrs- Car 10 transmitting 3rd Alarm. S/C (2) trucks above the 3rd. (3) L/S/O with (1) L/S at the front of the building for exterior. D/W/H.
