Units Operating: YPD ESU Truck 4, Truck 2, 4th PCT, WCPD, Empress; YFD E-310, 312, L-75, R-1, B-2.

Description Of Incident: MV into Saw Mill River.

0420hrs- Original call for an MVA at location.

0422hrs- Empress unit on scene advising vehicle is in the water.

0423hrs- WCPD advising unconcious occupant still in vehicle. Empress relating vehicle is unstable and sinking. ESU arriving.

0425hrs- ESU has officers in the water.

0428hrs- Male victim, unconcious, out of the water and being worked on by Empress. ESU searching for additional victims in the water.

0430hrs- YFD searching shoreline for any additional victims.

0435hrs- Empress enroute to WCMC with (1).
