Time: 0336hrs

Location: Nepperhan Ave X Elm St.

Units Operating: YPD 3rd, 4th PCT; ESU Truck 4, Truck 2

Description Of Incident: 3rd PCT unit reporting multiple shots fired and a large crowd in the area of Elm X Nepperhan. Calls also recieved from 99 Elm St. Numerous shell casings recovered in roadway. No victims located.
