0758-0759hrs- (2) Simultaneous full assignments. First assignment for 35 St. Casimir Pl. for activated fire alarm. Second for 160 Willow St. for smoke throughout the building. Additional call for Willow St. rpts people on fire escapes and heavy smoke in building.

0801hrs- E-306 10-84 on St. Casimir with people evacuating the building.

0802hrs- B-1 rpts 10-29 in the basement.

0804hrs- R-1 10-84 on Willow St. with people out on street. B-2 req. units going to Willow to switch to Fireground #2.

0806hrs- B-1 transmitting 2nd Alarm. Heavy fire in basement with multiple smoke inhalation victims on street.

0807hrs- B-2 rpts 10-29 on Willow St., fire is out. B-2 and Rescue 1 responding to St. Casimir Pl.

0810hrs- E-311 will be the FAST. L-73 to enter from War Memorial Field.

0817hrs- Fire is K/D. All co's working. Empress treating (3) at scene.

0830hrs- Empress treating (4) civilians and (1) firefighter.
