Time: 2350hrs

Location: Yonkers Ave X Walnut St.

Units Operating: YPD 4th PCT, ESU Truck 4, Truck 2; Empress

Description Of Incident: 19-year old male shot in the back on the street. Transported by Empress to WCMC in serious condition. (1) perp later caught behind 73 Yonkers Ave by 4th and 3rd PCT units.
