Description Of Incident: Male victim working on a scaffolding on the 4th floor, fell to the concrete courtyard. Victim suffered a fractured pelvis and serious internal injuries. Victim was transported by Empress paramedics to Jacobi Medical Center in serious, but stable condition. OSHA on scene investigating with the Yonkers building department.
