Are EFPD and TOPPD the only full-time PDs? (Other than NYSP and DCSO)

20y2, my thought's exactly. Everyone calm down. He didn't ask for the guy's name or anything like that.

I'm confused...which one is this? Is the the beverage delivery truck style? Is there a picture of it?

Right. Beacuse it's that simple. I went Friday to the Met/Boston game. Citi Field looks great! I realy like how open it is (not so much in the rain, however). They were right when they said that you can really see so much better than Shea. But I wonder if it will be too big for them. I also didn't like how the bullpens are in plain sight. Time will tell. I do want to see Yankee Stadium too.

Right. The best thing to do here is to blame Bush. Since it's obviously his fault. Gun control worked so well in DC until it was overturned by the Supreme Court...... Just a thought, I don't know, but mabye if law-abiding people were more free to exercise their constitutional rights and have better access to concelaed carry permits, things would be different. better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.

300 is the 3rd PCT lieutenant, right?

is Middletown a combo department?

Tonight, New Year's Eve and Thanksgiving Eve = AMATEUR NIGHTS! Enjoy, but be very careful. I already did my celebrating Saturday.

On the flip side, I wouldn't want everyone in the community knowing where I live.

Nice shots. One question, does that MDT have a printer for tickets?
-
What are they switching to?

Good point NY10570. I guess what I was getting at with that was people on here really should not asking who the injured parties are if that infomation has not already been offically released.

This isn't a TBTA bridge in NYC. I think it's a bridge upstate somewhere. Notice the State Police car in one of the pics and the one way tolls.

I don't know why I am taking the time at 1:53am to respond to this, but yes, I have posted a thread a time or two asking about a particular incident I had heard about or perhaps seen for whatever reason. But I think some people are taking this a bit too far. I agree that it does cross the line to ask about the extent of an injury or who was hurt (as has been asked here before). But to ask "what happened in XYZ tonight? I saw/there multiple police agencies or mutual aid VAC/FD there." really isn't a big deal. If someone takes the time to respond then clearly someone else has asked or already told a third party about it.

Hello all, Hopefully someone here has some knowledge of this problem. It started suddenly yesterday. I went to yahoo to do a search and when I clicked on the result I was looking for, it opened up a new window and took me to a different page. This has been happening ever since. I ran McAfee and it found nothing. Any ideas? Thanking you all in advance.

I think there are some people on here from LA, so here goes.... I was looking online trying to find how LACoFD runs the EMS. I know that they don't transport, but do they still run the paramedic squads?

Thank you Izzy. Which one do you recommend? I looked at the registry under IE and found some "search redirect" things that don't look right (it says redirect google). However, I don't want to go change anything in there unless I know what I am changing. Any advice anyone?

I just heard Eastchester tell 60 that county haz-mat is on-scene. Whats up?

I was on the Hutch this afternoon and a white Chevy pick-up with Harrison Police plates (115) and a small patch just past the front door passed me. The patch looked like it said "recovery." Just curious, what was it? A tow truck?

Since when are they putting the model year on the license plate?

Thanks for the reply RescueKujo. So the private ambulances have medics on them as well?

Looks nice, but they looked better when they were Ford Rangers with LACo Beaches & Harbors stickers and CJ Parker behind the wheel.

Right, but.... The president also gets a $50,000 expense allowance and $100,000 for traveling expenses. That's more then many people get in a year, and he gets that in addation to his salary. He also gets free housing and medical care. He has personal assistants and there is a cook in the White House. I realize Corporate America is the worst thing ever, and all industry should be state-run, but they do pump alot of money into the tax coffers. Those bonuses are taxed. And let's not even get into ACORN.....funny how CNN and MSNBC have made no mention of them.

Right. The Honorable Klansman, sorry Senator, Byrd.

Yes, I have. Glad you have too. I have also called a cab for myself. That's not what I meant. Dosen't matter what business you're in, if someone you are out with has had too much, you do what you have to do. Believe me, I know the world is not perfect. I was simply stating my opinion. And yes it is a totally different thing to take action. But let's remember that sometimes the solutions do not always work.
