Sad to see the truck in such shape. One question that I have regarding older trucks in general is I noticed that there seem to be spray paint dots around the tire walls. I've seen this quite a bit and have never known what they were there for. Can anyone shed some light on this for us younger guys?

Just saw a video on a product called The Corner Shot. The Corner Shot Seems like it would create a great tactical advantage to P.O.'s in the field. Negatives I see is that it seems like it can only be used with small caliber hand guns and technical malfunctions with the video screen/sight. Any thoughts? Are any departments looking at this product?
