  1. I see Corrections vehicles with lights and siren on a couple of times a week on the Taconic in the morning. Most of the time it is 2 vans. Some times they have an escort vehicle in front of them also with lights and siren. Some days I get behind them and follow them all the way to the Bronx Criminal Court building on 161st Street in the Bronx by Yankee Stadium.
  2. Now if we can get Somers to allow Westchester County to dispatch for them, we could get rid of the dispatchers we pay extra for and save a few (or more) bucks.
  3. If he had just mooned the crowd and not turned around and mooned the superintendent of schools and board members he would have gotten off with a slap on the wrist. Anyone else hear he is a vol with the ambulance? Channel 12 was reporting that.
  4. How many of those were EMS and how many of those were fire?
  5. You don't cut it the long way you cut it in strips and they come out in circles that fit nice around the helmet. Go to the Greenburgh DPW garage by the sprain, they have truck tire tubes there. Ask for one that is no good.
  6. Congratulations.
  7. Call Jimmy @ Vital Signs in Mahopac (845-628-7582) he has donr the same thing for Carmel, Somers, Yorktown etc. He can make what your looking for.
  8. I just thought of another. New Rochelle High School in the late 60's.
  9. How about the fire on April 25, 1995 at 616 East Lincoln Avenue, Mt. Vernon. over 90 Fire fighters from Mt. Vernon, Yonkers, New Rochelle, Pelham, New York City, the Probie Class at the time, etc, etc. It took them 4 1/2 hours to get the fire under control and after it was put out it completely destroyed my 5 story 72 unit building leaving 247 people homeless.
  10. What about the May 23, 1993 Fire that completly destroyed my 68 unit co-op apartment building at 68 East Hartsdale Avenue in Hartdale?
